Use a computer for the support console and a phone for the rear camera. The phone needs no account, and camera media stays peer to peer.

  1. Create the console

    Open a secure support session on the computer. A one-time operator QR appears inside the camera area.

  2. Pair the phone

    Scan the QR, choose the TV starter or enter any real problem, then allow rear-camera access.

  3. Let Codex guide

    Ask Codex to inspect the scene, then watch its banner and anchored arrow reach the phone.
